Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays and weekends). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not provide international shipping services.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Return Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. If the Cut2Fit bandage causes any reactions to your skin, a full refund may be issued for the used bandage. 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@precisionbandage.com. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
